Automated vision control for pick and place systems
APS Novastar introduces automatic Vision Control for its L-Series pick
and place systems. Vision Control advances the already precise, fast
and reliable placement of 0201's with 100% accurate on-the-fly,
bottom-up vision placement of micro BGA's and ultra fine pitch QFP's.
Cognex Machine Vision along with two (2) micron resolution scales and
an easy-to-use software application provides accurate, reliable
placement at the best value in the industry.

L-Series automated pick and place systems are considered by many
customers across the globe to be a value standard for fast, accurate
and reliable placement of fine pitch components. APS Novastar's
