For heat treatment of powders, for brazing and annealing processes Linn
High Therm unveiled a tube furnace for fast cycle times under
protective gas and vacuum. The insert tube with gas tight end cap is
arranged shiftable on a sliding frame. It is possible through this to
insert or take out samples under protective gas atmosphere in the
preheated furnace. This results in extremely short heating up and
cooling times.
Features:
- Tmax: 1100 °C (1200 °C),
- Vacuum up to 600 °C (1000 °C)
- Inside diameter of tube (Inconel) appr. 220 mm, length 1000 mm
- Heated length: 600 mm
- Heating power: appr. 11 kW
Options:
- Gas feeding device,
- burn-off device with flame supervision,
- several program controllers,
- temperature control by trailing thermocouple and
- special options on customer's requests.
