New family of MOSFETs in robust TO-247 package
International Rectifier has expanded its portfolio of 60 V, 75 V and 100 V MOSFETs for switch mode power supplies (SMPS), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and industrial applications such as power tools, forklifts and other high power DC drives.

Industrys lowest jitter serDes chipset
A new serializer and deserializer (SerDes) chipset from National Semiconductor delivers the industry’s best output jitter performance of 35 ps peak-to-peak and the best input jitter tolerance of 0.9 units interval (UI) with a bit error rate (BER) of 10^(-15).
