The program of related events included three forums, the Productronica 2007 Executive Round Table and special shows with founded information on the latest industry topics and unique opportunities of in-depth personal communication and the transfer of know-how. At more than 100 events distinguished representatives from industry and science presented state-of-the-art industrial know-how, discussed pioneering technologies, methods, materials and service offers. Get-together - 12. November

The highlight of the official opening ceremony of Productronica 2007 was the keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Dr. Franz Josef Radermacher, head of the research institute for application-oriented knowledge engineering (FAW) and professor of Computer Science at the University of Ulm. His topic: “Globalization, Information Society, Sustainable Development – What are the Challenges ahead?”.

The exhibitors took advantage of the opening ceremony to combine Networking and Business in a very enjoyable way.
