During international fairs, shuttle buses provide service between the airport and the New Munich Trade Fair Centre. Buses depart every 30 minutes and travel non-stop to the fairgrounds. The trip takes approximately 45 minutes. Unless otherwise posted, tickets cost EUR 7.00 one-way and EUR 12.00 round trip.

Shuttle buses stop directly in front of Terminal 1, Area A and Area Z (Central Area) and in front of Terminal 2.

Shuttle buses stop directly in front of the North, East and West Entrances and in front of the ICM Congress Centre.

Shuttle buses provide service between the Munich Airport and the trade-fair center during the following hours:
- Airport - Trade-fair center 8 am - 6 pm
- Trade-fair center - Airport 9:30 am - 7 pm
(every 30 minutes)
- Airport - M,O,C, 8 am - 6 pm
- M,O,C, - Airport 9:15 am - 7:15 pm

The numbers in parentheses indicate the departure time in minutes of each hour:
- Terminal 1, Area A, (00 und 30)
- Terminal 2, 4 minutes earlier (56 and 26)
- Terminal 1, Area Z (Central Area), 4 minutes later (04 and 34)
- Buses do not stop at Area D
