At electronicIndia 2008, 1,010 exhibitors (446 direct exhibitors) presented their products and applications on 16,000 sqm of exhibition space at the Bangalore International Exhibiton Centre (BIEC) in Bangalore, Indian’s high-tech capital. More than 12,300 visitors and over 4,500 attendees, i.e. close to 17,000 focused attendees in all, visited India's and South Asia's largest and most important show for electronic components and production.

The show was accompanied by 3 high profile conferences which covered the topics Automotive Electronics, Contract Manufacturing and Electronics Design.
