PACE IntelliHeat systems are the only thermal control system capable of managing multiple types of heating technologies within a single Power Source. There is no longer a need to have multiple Power Sources on your work bench or to force operators to use only one heating technology. PACE's legendary SensaTemp® technology handpieces are renowned for their temperature stability and their ability to handle high mass applications. PACE's Tip-Heater Cartridge technology handpieces boast the best response time for high volume applications. Finally, the benefits of SensaTemp® and Tip-Heater Cartridge based technology can be found in a single system.
PACE Convective ST systems are ideal for removing Surface Mount Components as they leave little residual solder on the PCB. They are also appropriate for installing leaded components with solder paste and for installing components without visible leads, such as BGA's, MLF's, LGA's, and LCC's. PACE is pleased to offer three systems to meet your exacting specifications.
ThermoFlo systems (TF1700 & TF2700) are the next generation in automated, cost effective solutions for area array package rework. No other systems on the market have the advanced features found on these systems or is easier to use, ensuring operator acceptance and success! The new IR 3000 uses a non-contact IR sensor to control its process, eliminating the challenges and hassles of having to affix a standard thermocouple to the PCB. The system is equipped with unique pc based software that automatically develops a profile based on a few simple parameters entered in the profile set-up.
PACE Fume Extraction systems offer reliable performance, quiet operation, optimal flow rates and easy installation for use with our extraction arms and accessories.
